Design your piece right on the screen — choose up to 6 charms and they appear directly on the chain. Once they're on there, you can drag and drop to your desired spot! When you add your design to cart, every detail comes with it.

Before adding to cart, you'll choose one of two options: "Exactly as I designed it," and we'll follow your layout charm for charm — or "Arrange it for me," and our studio will balance your picks by size and shape.

Either way, your piece is assembled by hand in our Scottsdale studio, checked over, and packaged for you. This isn't pulled from a shelf — it doesn't exist until you create it.

Each bag charm is handmade to order using your selected charms. Choose up to 6 charms and choose whether you want your exact design, or if you'd like our studio to balance it.

Because every piece is made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for assembly before your order ships. Once it's on the way, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, and we ship worldwide.

Custom pieces are made just for you, so we can't accept returns on them — but if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it. We answer every email within 24 hours.

To keep your bag charm looking beautiful, avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place when not wearing.

Our jewelry is gold plated, so some natural wear or tarnishing can occur over time. Proper care can significantly help extend the life of your piece. Avoid water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals, and store your jewelry in the microfiber pouch provided when you're not wearing it.

Every piece also comes with care instructions to help you keep your jewelry looking its best.
