Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our small business we are not able to accept returns or refunds at this time. As we grow, we plan to introduce returns and refunds; this page will be updated when that changes.
Exchanges for Store Credit
If your item isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges in the form of store credit when you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card usable on elisacharms.com.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and inspection.
How to start an exchange

Email contact@elisacharms.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.

We’ll reply with next steps and a return address/label (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue store credit for the item’s purchase price (taxes excluded where not applicable). If you’d like a different item, you can place a new order using your credit.
Fees & shipping

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases of our error or a defective/damaged item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there’s an issue, contact us at contact@elisacharms.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace the item or issue store credit.
Not eligible for exchange
Final sale items, personalized/custom pieces, gift cards, and clearance items.
International orders
International customers may request store-credit exchanges within the same 7-day window; additional shipping time, duties, and taxes may apply.
