Elisa Charms is a one-woman show, which means every piece is designed, assembled, packed, shipped, and supported by me.

During holidays, launches, trunk shows, and other high-traffic times, it may take a little longer than usual for your order to ship or for me to respond to your email. I truly appreciate a little extra grace during these busy seasons. I promise I am working as hard and as quickly as I can to get every order out and every message answered.

Please include your order number, full name, and any relevant photos. For damaged or incorrect items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
