Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
- Shipping Carrier: We use USPS Ground Advantage for all domestic orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 business days.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, processing time may vary during busy seasons.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and shipping destination. Select promotions may include free or discounted shipping (taxes/duties not included, where applicable. Terms vary by offer and will be clearly stated.
International Shipping
Shipping Carriers: We use either USPS First Class Package International or DHL Express Worldwide for all international orders.
USPS Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days.
DHL Express Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days. DHL Express orders include all duties and import taxes, so you will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

International Shipping Notice:

Depending on your location, your order might require pickup from a designated local collection point.

For DHL Express orders: Duties and import taxes are prepaid and included in your shipping total. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

For USPS orders: Your order may incur additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and VAT once it arrives in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that neither international nor domestic orders are eligible for returns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey from me to your doorstep!
Shipping Damage
Although I take great care in ensuring your order is packaged securely and safely, I understand that damage can occasionally occur during the shipping process. If your item has arrived damaged, please:
- Contact us promptly: If you notice any damage to the product or packaging, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide details: In your email, include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. This will help us assess the situation and work to resolve it quickly!
