Design your piece right on the screen — choose your chain, then add up to 9 charms and arrange them however you like. When you add your design to cart, every detail comes with it.

At checkout, you'll choose one of two options: "Exactly as I designed it," and we'll follow your layout charm for charm — or "Arrange it for me," and our studio will balance your picks by size and shape, with your pendant at the center.

Either way, your piece is assembled by hand in our Scottsdale studio, checked over, and packaged for you. This isn't pulled from a shelf — it doesn't exist until you create it.

Every chain is 14k gold-plated over a brass base, finished with a secure lobster clasp. Charms are attached with soldered jump rings — they won't twist loose or fall off with everyday wear.

Chains are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. Each necklace arrives in our signature pink packaging, ready for gifting (even if the gift is to yourself).

Because every piece is made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for assembly before your order ships. Once it's on the way, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, and we ship worldwide.

Custom pieces are made just for you, so we can't accept returns on them — but if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it. We answer every email within 24 hours.

To keep your necklace looking beautiful, avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place when not wearing.
