Design your necklace right on the screen by choosing your chain and selecting up to 9 charms to be assembled on it. Drag and drop each charm into your preferred position, then continue adding as many extra charms as you’d like. Any additional charms will appear around the canvas and arrive loose in a jewelry pouch.

Before adding your design to cart, choose either “Exactly as I designed it,” and we’ll follow your layout charm for charm, or “Arrange it for me,” and our studio will balance your selected charms by size and shape.

Every charm is interchangeable, so you can clip them on, take them off, and rearrange your necklace anytime. Your piece is assembled by hand in our Scottsdale studio, carefully checked, and packaged just for you. It isn’t pulled from a shelf—it doesn’t exist until you create it.

Every chain is 18k gold plated over brass and finished with a secure lobster clasp. Charms are attached with soldered jump rings — they won't twist loose or fall off with everyday wear.

Because every piece is made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for assembly before your order ships. Once it's on the way, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, and we ship worldwide.

Custom pieces are made just for you, so we can't accept returns on them — but if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it. We answer every email within 24 hours.

To keep your necklace looking beautiful, avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place when not wearing.

The jewelry is made with Gold Filled chain that is tarnish-resistant and long-lasting. Each piece comes with a jewelry box, care instructions, and satin dust bag to keep your jewelry safe & protected for years to come!
