The Details

How Customization Works

Design your piece right on the screen — add up to 6 charms. Once on the chain, you can drag each charm and drop to your desired spot! When you add your design to cart, every detail comes with it.

Before adding to cart, you'll choose one of two options: "Exactly as I designed it," and we'll follow your layout charm for charm — or "Arrange it for me," and our studio will balance your picks by size and shape.

Either way, your piece is assembled by hand in our Scottsdale studio, checked over, and packaged for you. This isn't pulled from a shelf — it doesn't exist until you create it.

Necklace Details

Every chain is 18k gold plated over brass and finished with a secure lobster clasp. Charms are attached with soldered jump rings — they won't twist loose or fall off with everyday wear.

Charms: A curated mix of modern and vintage-inspired charms, including gold-plated, pearl, glass, enamel, rhinestone, and ceramic details.

Please note: Some charms may vary slightly in size, tone, or finish due to their unique and vintage-inspired nature.

Each necklace arrives in our signature pink packaging, ready for gifting (even if the gift is to yourself).

Shipping & Returns

Because every piece is made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for assembly before your order ships. Once it's on the way, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, and we ship worldwide.

Custom pieces are made just for you, so we can't accept returns on them — but if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it. We answer every email within 24 hours.

Care Instructions

To keep your necklace looking beautiful, avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place when not wearing.

Will My Jewelry Tarnish?

The jewelry is made with Gold Filled chain that is tarnish-resistant and long-lasting. Each piece comes with a jewelry box, care instructions, and satin dust bag to keep your jewelry safe & protected for years to come!

Will It Fit / Is It Adjustable?

Necklaces are17″ with a 2″ extender and bracelets have options for6.5″, 7″, or 7.5″. They can be attached to any loop. Email me at contact@elisacharms.comfor custom measurements!
