Is shipping fast?
Yes! Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours via priority mail. Custom orders may require up to 72 hours for processing, but we strive to expedite production and shipping!

The jewelry is made with Gold Filled chain that is tarnish-resistant and long-lasting. Each piece comes with a jewelry box, care instructions, and satin dust bag to keep your jewelry safe & protected for years to come!
Can I preview my piece?
Absolutely! If you’d like a preview of your custom piece before it is sent, send an email to contact@elisacharms.com with your order number and request. I am happy to work with you on making your perfect custom.
Will it fit / Is it adjustable?
Necklaces are 17″ with a 2″ extender and bracelets have options for 6.5″, 7″, or 7.5″. They can be attached to any loop. Email me at contact@elisacharms.com for custom measurements!

Yes! Every piece is handmade in small batches and personally reviewed before being packaged and shipped all by founder, Harmony Elisa.
